Farmhouse, now two houses. c.1700. Dressed stone with quoins and stone slate roof. Two storeys, five bays, the third and fourth bays project under gable. Continuous drip mould to ground floor and third to fifth bays of first floor; coped gables with kneelers. Ground floor has 2-:3-:1-:2-:3-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows and single round-headed light to right of fourth bay. First floor has similar 3-:1-:2-:3-:3-light window, that to fourth bay has ogee head. Entrance to recessed porch in fourth bay has decorated lintel and round opening to return. Cross-axial stack and gable-end stack. Rear has later extensions and some mullioned windows.
Interior: Original front door behind C20 door has wide boards and ledges. Chamfered beams and cambered bressummer. Dog-leg stair has turned balusters, close string and square newels.
