Laithe house, now 2 houses. Early to mid C18 with mid C19
rear extensions. Dressed stone with quoins; rear parts
rubble; slate and concrete tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays.
1st 2 bays have 4-light single-chamfered-mullioned windows,
those to ground floor with labels, but 1st floor 2nd bay has
casement window. 2nd 2 bays have C20 casements and traces
of original barn and byre entrances; contrete tile roof.
Entrances have C20 doors, that between 1st and 2nd bays has
C20 datestone above: 1760. 2 gable end stacks to left
return and rear cross-axial stack.
