Early C18 L-plan farmhouse. Cased in gault brick in C19. Tumbled parapet gable to
rear wing. Plain tile roof hipped to right hand, modillioned eaves cornice, rear
stacks. Two-storeys and attics. Centrally positioned gable dormer window with
horizontal sliding sash and glazing bars. Two large, first-floor hung sash windows
with side lights and glazing bars flank central, semi-circular headed arched window
with hung sashes and glazing bars. Two similar ground-floor windows flank central
doorway. Doorcase with deeply moulded pilasters, plain entablature, projecting
cornice and panelled reveals. Four panelled door and plain rectangular fanlight.
Interior: Bolection moulded chimney pieces to two main ground floor rooms. Panelling
complete to right hand room with original bolection panelled double door entry.
Good C19 open-string staircase rising to attic floor in rear wing.
