Circa 1840 house. Gault brick, steeply pitched slate roof, end stacks. Two-storeys.
Two recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars in cambered, gauged brick arches,
flank central blind window at first-floor. Two similar ground-floor windows. Central
doorway in two recessed elliptical arches. Engaged quarter-columns with moulded freize
band continuous over door and panelled reveals. Elliptical fan light with glazing
bars. Four panelled door with two glazed panels.
Interior has original staircase. Single-storey range to left hand with shop window
and door. Later C19 two-storey block to right hand once associated with the brewery.
Gault brick, shallow pitched slate roof. Dentil eaves cornice. One sealed window
and three windows in segmental arches at first-floor. Modern door to right hand.
