House. Mid C18 with later C18 - C19 rear outshut and C19 - C20 minor
alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and stack,
originally colour-washed thoughout. C20 brick dormer to rear. Pantile
roof; asphalt roof to dormer. Plan: 2 rooms with entrance hall to left,
continuous rear outshut. 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. Quoins. Recessed
6-panel door with moulded cornice and 4-pane overlight in panelled reveal
with architrave beneath timber lintel. Two C20 16-pane recessed casements
in original openings with projecting sills and brick surrounds with
segmental stretcher arches. Two circular cast-iron tie-bar ends at first-
floor level. 3 similar windows to first floor. Stepped and cogged brick
eaves cornice. Raised and tumbled brick gables; later rebuilt end stack to
right. 12-pane sliding attic sash to right return beneath segmental header
arch. Blocked first-floor opening to left return beneath timber lintel.
Interior: retains 6-panel doors.
