Small house. C17. Altered and divided into 2 cottages in C18. Coursed
chalk rubble with brick patching and stacks, pantiled roof. 1 storey
and attics, 2 cells. Symmetrical elevation: 2 central boarded doors,
under wooden lintels, in plain surrounds each with flanking sliding sash
with glazing bars in plain wood surround. C20 shutters. 2 dormers with
casement windows under sloping roofs. End stacks. Plain close verges.
Interior retains blocked fire window and 1 original chamfered joist:
remainder late C18 with small quarter-round mouldings to arrises.
