House. c1720. Red brick in Flemish bond, pantiled roof with 4 courses of
stone slates to eaves. Centre-lobby entry plan-type. 2 storeys, 3 bays
Door of 6 raised and fielded panels under bracketed canopy flanked
by 16-pane sashes with sills under flat arches. Ribbed first-floor band.
First floor: three 4-pane sashes with sills all under timber lintels. Deep
dentilled brick eaves cornice. End stacks (axial stack removed) tumbled-in
brick to raised gables. Interior: ground-floor right room has a corner
fireplace with bolection moulded pine surround. Closed string stair to rear
with turned balusters and moulded handrail.
