House. 1875. Sandstone ashlar; Welsh slate roof, stone chimney stacks. Square-
plan.

2 storeys and attic, 3 bays with flush quoins. Symmetrical front: central
solid porch has pair of partly-glazed 4-panel doors in round-arched surround
with projecting keystone and impost blocks; flanking banded pilasters and
pierced parapet above cornice. 12-pane sash and arcaded parapet above porch.
Flanking canted bay windows, of 2 storeys divided by cornice, have 8+12+8-pane
sashes and arcaded parapets. Gabled attics, above canted end bays, with scrolled
feet, crowning pediments and single 12-pane sashes. Eaves cornice. Steeply-
pitched hipped roof with 2 corniced ridge stacks.

2-bay left return has 12-pane sashes and 2 identical attic bays. 3-bay right
return has central 2-storey canted oriel window, with octagonal spirelet and
ball finial, flanked by 12-pane sashes.

Attached ancillary buildings to rear are not of special interest.
