GV II
House. Mid C18 with late C19 alterations. Tooled dressed sandstone; stone-
flagged roof and stone chimney stacks. Originally a gable-entry plan.

2 storeys, 3 wide bays with flush quoins. Central partly-glazed door in C19
opening with canted bay window to left and replaced 2-pane sash, in original
opening, to right. Replaced 2-pane sashes above: central and right windows in
original surrounds. Roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and ridge
stacks with top ledges and water tables.

Blocked doorway and a fixed 6-pane fire window to right return. Continuous
narrow, 2-storey rear outshut.

Buildings attached to left return are not of special interest.
