House. Mid-C18 with later C19 alterations and rear extension. Squared
limestone with brick dressings and stack. Concrete tile roof. Lobby-entry
plan. 2 storeys, 2 first floor window. Quoins. C19 central part-glazed
panelled door in panelled reveal and wooden architrave, flanked by flush
sashes with incised stucco cambered arches. Two 12-pane sliding first floor
sashes beneath plain stucco cambered arches. All windows have stucco cills.
Stepped eaves. Brick edging to gables with stone coping. Central brick
stack. Left return has C19 ground floor canted bay, first floor 12-pane
sliding sash under channelled stucco flat arch and blocked attic doorway
with segmental brick arch.
