Farmhouse. c.1860. Red stretcher bond brick with plain tile roof.
Two storeys. Entrance front: three bays. Timber framed porch to left
of centre with a decoratively timber framed gable. To the left at
ground floor level is a 3-light casement window and to the right are a
4-light and a 3-light window of similar form. To the first floor are
three 3-light similar windows with timber framed gables above. Rear:
there is a substantial wing to the left hand side. The farmhouse is a
good example of the type of building typical of the Peckforton Estate.
