2/20 Holbeck Farmhouse

II

House. Early C19. Dressed sandstone, moderately-pitched C20 Welsh slate roof
and corniced right gable stack. Quoined, 2-storey, 3-bay front has central
doorway with monolithic jambs and lintel, 4-panel door and 2-pane overlight;
4-pane sash windows have flat surrounds and raised sills. Three early Cl9
windows above, with intermediate glazing bars removed. Roof has plain, close
eaves and slightly-raised parapet to right.
