Former Farmhouse now dwelling, circa 1744 (on deeds). Whitened small
bricks originally with stone slate roof, now small Welsh slates. 2
storeys 3 bays. Entrance porch, with pitched roof and sandstone ridge
has later ledged and battened outer door and oak ledged and battened
inner door with strap hinges and oak cased lock in heavy oak dowelled
frame. Large mullion and transome windows with centre horizontal
sliding sashes, stone sills and cambered arches with turning pieces at
ground floor. Oak rafter feet are exposed at the eaves.
Interior: Reused bevelled oak floor beams and oak roof timbers
suggest late C17 origins.
