Farmhouse. Circa late C17 origins extended in circa early to mid C19. Stone rubble.
Slate roof with hipped ends. Brick end stacks.
Plan: Originally probably of two room and through passage plan heated by end stacks
with kitchen added in wing to rear left in late C17 or early C18, or originally of
overall 'L' shaped plan with kitchen integral with main range. Further extended with
range to rear right in circa mid C19, probably on site of earlier service rooms.
Exterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with C19 16-pane hornless sashes ;
central sash on ground floor in earlier blocked opening, probably the original
entrance. Entrance in left hand side wall with C19 4-pane sash to left on ground
floor and double 8-pane sash on first floor.
Interior: Partitions and with C18 and C19 joinery intact.
