Detached villa. Early C19. Colourwashed stucco with slate roof. 2-storey,
3-window south front. Ground floor has 2-leaf French windows with marginal
glazing under segmental heads either side of a central segmental-headed recess;
'Y' tracery to segmental lights and blind boxes above. 12-pane sashes to upper
floor which are linked by a shutter frame with 2 louvred shutters per window.
Wide, projecting eaves, hipped roof and 2 ashlar stacks. 4-panel door to right-
hand porch extension with lean-to open porch on concrete pier. Segmental-headed
carriage arch to right hand, further lean-to addition to left-hand.
