Chancel and aisleless nave of Norman origins rebuilt in C14 with C15 century
porch added; early C16 north aisle; C13 west tower. Coursed limestone rubble
with ashlar dressings and clay tile roofs. Chancel has C15 piscina and Norman
chancel arch; two squints. Two bay north aisle arcade with four-centred
arches;six bay Renaissance screen at east end of aisle. One bay south aisle
with piscina east of two storey porch, both with embattled parapets. Tower
has embattled parapet with gargoyles on C15 belfry stage. Octagonal C15 font;
early C17 Boteler wall monuments in chancel. Small brasses in north aisle.
