House in cottage orne style with gable end date stone 1869. Timber frame
construction with patterned red brick infill. Large steep sloped roof with
bands of fish-scale clay tiles. Large central brick stack. Rectangular plan;
two storeys. Elevation to road has large gabled dormer with 4-light casement
over ground floor bay. West gable end has first floor jetty with 4-light
casement over ground floor bay. East elevation has small porch with bracketed
sloping head and 2-light casement to each floor. Two dormers in rear roof
slope. Main windows have diamond leaded lights.
