SU 11 NW DAMERHAM MILL END

5/78 The Old Vicarage

II

Vicarage, now private house. Early C18, altered C19. Brick, once
rendered, old plain tile roof. L-shaped building of 3 bay main part,
to one end projecting 1 bay wing, 2 storey, on inside corner C19 infill.
Front has projecting wing to LH bay and offset plinth. On RH side of
wing is C19 outshot porch of 1½ storeys, door on RH side.Sashes to front
wing and RH bay have C19 tripartite sash, 1st floor raised band and
9-pane sashes under rubbed arches. Roof hipped with flat top and stack
at junction of ridges.
