Farmhouse. C17, extended c1730 with C19 and C20 alterations. Squared rubble,
painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Double depth; central staircase plan.
Garden front: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has roll moulding to surround
and keyed lintel; 6 panel door, upper 2 glazed. Right-hand C20 entrance. Ground
floor right of centre 2-light flat-faced mullioned window with projecting sill.
Left-hand ground floor and 3 upper floor windows have projecting sills; sashes
without glazing bars. Right-hand gable end and left of centre ridge stacks.
Interior: dog-leg staircase with open string, turned balusters, ramped wreathed
handrail. Stone in garden reputed to have come from house is inscribed WC
1723
