Shop and offices. Early C19 with mid- to late C19 and mid-C20 alterations.
Finely jointed brick and shallow-pitched slate roof behind ashlar parapet
with brick stack at left end and rear. Two storeys with moulded eaves cornice.
Five bays; windows have gauged flat heads and are all 12-pane sashes. (Ground
floor window in fourth bay has lower sash removed and replaced with plate glass).
C19 shop front of simple design with plain pilasters occupies bays 1 to 3 of
ground floor. There is an 8-pane window to the left and a C20 door set within
a recessed section of walling to the right.
