SU 43 NE WONSTON OLD STOKE ROAD

Cottage. C17 & C19. Timberframe encased in brick with thatched roof. 3 bay, 1½
storeys. Door, with baffle entry, between centre and right bays with tiled,
gabled C19 porch. Windows C20 replacements of C19 casements with glazing bars.
3 regular eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements built off exposed wallplate.
Roof half hipped with decorated ridge piece, and overswept brick outshot to
rear. 2 C20 brick stacks between bays. Gables weatherboarded.
