School, now part of a printing works. Dated "1853". Coursed squared rubble
and freestone dressings; slate roof with coped gable at north end. Gothic,
T-plan with projecting gabled centre. 3 bays: 3-light cross windows to outer
bays, with pointed heads and wide transom decorated with quatrefoils; central
bay has a projecting single storey porch with buttresses, embattled parapet and
4-centred head to the doorway; moulded inner doorcase and panelled door;
intersecting tracery window above, with date plaque. Single bay 2 storey wing,
recessed to left.
