Estate cottages. Early C19. Pebbledashed cob on brick plinth, thatch roof swept
down on timber verandah. 1½ storey, 3 bays Front has swept-down roof onto timber
verandah of paired square section posts with capitals. In centre bays 2 arches,
in end bays a flat span and arch outside. Under in end bays, to LH bay ledged
door to outside, to RH bay ledged door on inside and 2-light casement outside. In
centre bays 2-light casements. Casements have leaded lights in unusual geometric
patterns. Roof hipped and separate hipped ends of verandah. Central ridge stack
with 2 strap-work patterned Gothic pots.
