GV II

Detached house. Early C17; late C18 addition. Coursed and random
rubble limestone; ashlar and artificial stone chimneys; stone
slate roof. Two-storey with attic; 2-storey rear wing. Front:
original house has 3-window fenestration, all stone cross windows,
those to ground floor with combining hoodmould, central window
being replacement for doorway. Coved eaves. Central gabled roof
dormer with leaded casements. Addition to right has single
casement to each floor, upper floor leaded, both with timber
lintels. West end: gable end with off-centre doorway and plank
door; cross-window with hoodmould to upper floor. Pigeon hole
ledges in gable apex, holes now blocked. Catslide roof to outshut
on west side of rear wing. Interior not inspected.
