Cottage. Late C16, extended late C17, altered C20. Timber framed with brick infill;
old tile gabled roof, cat slide roof at rear. Originally L-plan of 2 x 1 framed bays,
extended in C17 to a rectangular plan. 2 storeys. Gable chimney on left. Flint plinth.
South front: One 4-light casement on first floor on left hand in projecting frame on
brackets. Two, 2-light casements on ground floor flanking plain entrance door to left
of centre with simple tiled, gabled porch supported on wooden posts. On east gable
a clay date panel, re-set, with the inscription "GTM 1673". Interior: Some frame exposed.
