brick stack. L-plan. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth. Central pair of doorways:
right 6-panel door with overlight, left part-blocked with inserted casement.
Left shop window with small-paned upper part; ground-floor right 12-pane sash
with George VI letterbox set in lower leaf. Centre 1st-floor window blocked;
12-pane sashes in end bays; 6-pane sashes on top floor. Moulded-eaves cornice.
Coped left gable with banded end stack; tall rebuilt right end stack.
Rear wing has single-storey end section, with thick walls.
