The male figure wears breastplate with scroll work, pauldrons & couters; the lady wears a pediment headdress, long sleeved dress with fur cuffs, decorated belt with three rosettes, her pomander hangs to feet.

Shield on left is quartered arms of Horsey (azure three horses' heads couped or) & Maybank (barry wavy argent & gules a saltire or)

Shield on right as above impaling Turges (azure a chevron between three crosses crosslets fitchee or within a bordure engrailed of the second)

Ten scrolls inscribed 'Jesu Mercy' & 'Lady Help'
