C18 altered. Previously 2 cottages. Two and a half storeys, coursed and squared
rubble. Asbestos slate roof, coped verges, simple ashlar end chimneys. Two gabled
dormers (to centre and left). Two windows on 1st floor, 3-light casements with wooden
lintels. Ground floor has hipped stone-slated pentice linking outer mid-C19 angled
bays and paired doors, the left hand one now a window. Lower one bay extension to
east.
