House. Late C18 or early C19, extended and given Italianate detail 1860-70.
Main block scored stucco with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof. Wing
brick.

Main block 2 storeys. 5 x 3 bays. Rusticated quoins. Flush-panelled door on
side of 2-storey castellated porch with oeil-de-boeuf window and blank quatrefoil.
4-pane sash windows in raised surrounds. Italianate roof with projecting eaves
and many stone brackets. Hipped roof with 2 corniced ridge stacks.

Garden front has single-storey bow windows in outer bays. Three 12-pane sashes
in each. Canted bay window in centre and 4-pane sashes between. Single storey
L-shaped wing on right. 7 bays on south front with 12-pane sashes in raised
chamfered surrounds. Moulded cornice. Roof hipped on right. 3 corniced ridge
stacks.

Interior has 6-panelled doors. Staircase with cast iron balusters and wreathed
handrail.
