Headstone; Giles Haynes, died 1674; stone. Rounded shoulders,
with indent and slightly raised centre. Scrolls each side to
head, with leaf termination, leaves and decorative feature in
centre. Slightly recessed rectangular panel below, well-cut
lettering, mixed upper and lower case. Giles Haynes recorded as a
husbandman. Earliest surviving headstone in churchyard, in good
condition.
