Part of terrace. Appears to have been one build with the adjoining Sexy's Farm
Stables. Stone walls with brick dressings, modern tiled roof, brick stack. One
storey and attics. Front wall incorporates two carved corbel heads a fragment of
tracery and a quatrefoil panel - all medieval and probably from Bindon Abbey.
Modern glazed door. Ground floor has one modern casement window. Attic has one
half-dormer with similar casement.
