Sexy's Farm House
II
Farmhouse. Probably C18. Plastered walls on stone base, thatched roof, brick
stacks. Two storeys. Panelled door in timber porch with gabled tiled roof. Ground
floor has two double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars. First floor has
three horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Single-storey rear wing
- former dairy, has brick walls and tiled roof. Stable door and casement windows.
Internally, one ground floor room has large open fireplace with timber lintel. One
complete bread oven and traces of another - also of possible charcoal oven.
