II
Detached house. Mid C19. Painted brick with dentil cornice, tile
roof, brick end stacks. Single range of 3 storeys at front and
with catslide roof to 2 storeys at rear and central 3-storey stair
tower, single storey small wings to each side not of special
interest. Three windows, 12-pane sashes to second floor (4 over
8), and 16-pane to first and to ground floor right, all with large
splayed voussoirs and keystone. Ground floor left has later C19
canted bay with 3 plate glass sashes. Central projecting Ionic
porch. Both porch and bay have dentil cornice and blocking course
with raised central motif. Door of 6 panels, with decorative
radial fanlight.
