House, formerly two. Squared and coursed limestone, concrete tile roof.
Two stories and attic, 2 + 2 windows. Set gable to street. Left half has
2-light C19 plain chamfer stone casements, formerly flanking door, now replaced
by similar casement; left is lower building attached to gable, with C20 glazed
porch to doorway. Two C20 gabled dormers. Right half, with common ridge
height, has recessed-chamfer C18 stone casements, 2-windows: at ground floor a
2-light and a 3-light, both with stopped hoods flanking a C20 glazed door, and
1-light plus 2-light above, without hoods. Gable stacks rebuilt. Interior has
open bressummer fires at ground and first floor levels, some chamfered beams, at
least one brought in from elsewhere, stone stair to loft (but not at lower
floor). Pegged cruck-like supports to left half roof; one 2-light chamfer
casement at back. Large stone tank within front wall.
