Farmhouse. Late C17. Rubble magnesian limestone, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, L-shaped plan with four-bay front and two-bay left return; rear angle infilled by wing which projects beyond right return. Rusticated ashlar quoins. Bay-two doorway has six-panel door in stone architrave with plain frieze and cornice; cross windows in raised ashlar surrounds with cavetto-moulded inner arrises. First floor: band beneath windows as ground floor; later stone plaque forming apron to bay-two window bears words 'HALL FARM. Shaped kneelers to coped gable on right; hipped end to roof on left; rebuilt brick ridge stacks to right of door and to rear-left wing. Rear: tall stair window originally with two transoms (one removed); straight joint with infilling wing. Left return: windowed as front, first-floor window on right infilled.
