Pair of houses, now shops and offices. Early C19 and C20 alterations. Painted
brick with stone dressings and slate roof. Three storeys, two bays with additional
narrow bay to right. C20 shop front across full width of ground floor with separate
entrances to upper floors to either side. First floor has two wide shallow bows,
narrow bay to right flat. Bows have tripartite sash windows, 12-pane sashes to
front and 8-pane sashes to sides. To right is a single 8-pane sash. Moulded timber
cornice above across full width. Second floor has similar windows to those below
except tripartite windows are flat. All windows with projecting stone sills. Boxed
eaves. Brick end stack to right.
