Cottage. Probably C16 with later alterations. Timber framing and
rubblestone, rendered, with modern pantile roof. 1 storey, 2 bays. Half-
glazed door to left of 2 4-pane sashes with stone cills. Outshut to left of
door. Ridge stack. Interior: timber framing; 2 wall posts in left gable
wall with braces and an aisle post, showing building originally as an aisled
hall; large inglenook fireplace. A rare if fragmentary example in this area
of a once common building type.
