Farmbuilding now house. Early-mid C18, converted C20. Coursed, dressed sandstone,
C20 cement-tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Large quoins. C20 door to right of
centre in tall, quoined opening with deep lintel; 3 slit windows on left have
casements; doorway to far right now glazed. 1st floor: 3 square surrounds to
chamfered oculi with fixed casements. Shaped kneelers, concrete gable copings,
end stack on left. Left return: 2 glazed oculi as front. Attached via roof
canopy to converted barn (not of special interest). Included for group value.
