Table tomb. Dated 1669 and 1671. For William Ward and his daughter.
Paired large gritstone slabs with roll-moulded edge supported on low plinth.
Inscriptions: left slab - "HIC IACET COR / PUS ELIZABE / THAE FILIAE
GUI / LELMI WARD: / ET UXORIS THO / MAE BLAKEY:: / QUAE MORTUA / EST ii DIE
SEP. / AN: DO: 1671". Right hand slab: "HIC IACET CORPUS / GUILELMI WARD: /
DE ASKWITH QUI / MORTUIS EST 5 DIE / DECEMBRIS ANNO / DOMINI : 1669".
