Vicarage, now private house. Early-mid C19. Red-brown brick in English
bond and ashlar, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 x 4 bays. 3 steps up to central
6-panel door with fanlight, in open pedimented surround. Flanking 24-pane
sash windows, paired to right of door; in architraves with projecting sill
on console brackets. Moulded stone string at first-floor level; 20-pane
first-floor sashes below plain stone lintels; dentilled eaves cornice.
Hipped roof with deep eaves; stacks to left and right. Left return (to
street): a fine staircase window to bay 3, first floor, with 7 x 5 panes,
the top glazing bars interlaced under a cambered arch. Right return: 2-
storey central canted bay window; fenestration as front to left bay; the
moulded string does not continue across the right-hand bay. Flat-roofed
dormer window. Similar in style to the latest phase at Bilton Hall (qv).
