House. Late C18 with mid-late C19 addition. Red-brown brick, English bond;
cement tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with added bay to right. Central C20
door in doorcase with pilasters and modillioned cornice. 4-pane sashes in
flush wood architraves throughout, those to ground floor with segmental
stretcher arches and all with projecting stone sills. The window jambs and
the corners of the main range are stressed in darker red-blue bricks. A
projecting first-floor band and dentilled eaves cornice. End stacks to
original range. Left return: deeply recessed C20 doorway and 2 small
windows to ground floor and first floor; tumbled-in brickwork to raised gables.
