Late C18 or early C19. Local light red brick in flemish bond with pale headers.
Rusticated stone or stucco ground storey and alternating quoins. Pantiled roof with
later stone copings, left hand brick chimney.

Three storeys, two windows, original sashes with delicate glazing bars, gauged brick
flat arches on first floor and full length windows to wrought iron balcony.

Ground floor 3-light round bow with reeded pilaster mullions. At right 6-panel door
with oblong fanlight in quasi-classical surround.,
