1826-7. Architect: Thomas Taylor. Alterations in 1876 and 1884. Ashlar. Hall
church type. Nave chancel and broad transepts of equal height. Two-centred lancets,
with splayed reveals externally, except at east end where reveals are moulded:
hoodmoulds. Shallow buttresses. Crenellated parapets continued over gable ends.
Three-stage west tower with broach spire.

Interior has fine plaster lierne vaults to each bay, and a wide tierceron-vaulted
crossing.
