Early C20 Ashlar. One storey. Modillion eaves cornice. Parapet. Six bays to
Skellgate, 2 to Westgate. Curved corner with 4 fluted Tuscan columns on horizontally
chanelled plinth: door with plain raised frame and idiosyncratic Beaux Arts overdoor:
2 small windows with plain raised frames: 3 oriels with plain raised frames. Side
elevations have windows with simply moulded frames, sunk panels below, keystones link-
ing with simply moulded oriels above. Round-arched passage entrance on Westgate
elevation.
