House. Late C18-Early C19. Coursed rubble sandstone with pantile roof and rebuilt
brick stacks. 2-cell, direct-entry plan with rear service room. 2-storey,
2-window front. Central plank door with a square recessed panel over. 2-
light, 16-pane horizontal sliding sashes with painted stone sills
throughout. Tooled wedge lintels to ground-floor openings and thin timber
lintels to first floor. End stacks. Unoccupied at time of resurvey.
