Probably farmhouse, cottage and carriage-shed; now farmhouse and garage.
Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Dressed sandstone with pantile roof
and rebuilt brick stacks. 2-storey, 6-bay front. Original house doorway
now blocked leaving only the wedge lintel. Present entrance to rear.
Entrance to former cottage at centre replaced by C19 three-light, small-pane
horizontal-sliding sash. To end right, plank double doors with long timber
lintel. 3-light, 24-pane horizontal-sliding sashes flank original house
doorway. Blocked opening with timber lintel over house doorway, and part-
slatted, small-pane fixed lights over double doors. Remaining first-floor
openings are 3-light, horizontal-sliding sashes. All windows have wedge
lintels and stone sills. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End left, and
left and right of centre stacks. Buildings undergoing modernisation at the
time of resurvey.
