Range of byres and loose boxes with lofts over; attached horse engine house.
Early C19. Tooled sandstone with pantile roof. L-shaped on plan. 2-
storey, 6-bay range with single-storey, 2-bay projecting wing to left.
Board stable doors to long range with square pitching holes to loft floor.
Tooled heavy lintels to doors. Coped gables and plain kneelers. Wing to
left: rectangular opening beneath long timber lintel, with board stable door
to right. Interior of wing: part of the framing for a fixed horse engine
survives. Included for group value.
