Workshop with water tank above. c.1865. For the North-Eastern Railway
Company. Rockfaced sandstone workshop base beneath cast iron tank.
1-storey, 1-bay workshop. Segment-headed plank door to west, and 25-pane
windows with stone sills to north and south. All openings segment-arched.
Moulded cornice beneath tank with cross-braced panels.
