Former pigeoncote. Mid-late C18. Magnesian limestone plinth, otherwise pinkish-brown brick with ashlar dressings and stone slate roof. Square on plan, two storeys, single bay. First floor ashlar band. Blind Diocletian window to front and similar partly-opened to side. Cogged eaves band. Hipped roof.
Interior has wooden nesting boxes to first floor.
