Farmhouse, now house. c1800 with later alterations. Coursed, squared sandstone. Pantile roof. Central hallway plan, one room deep, with rear outshut raised in 1970. two-storey, three-window front. Centre boarded door has paned rectangular fanlight. six-pane sashes to left; C20 casements with glazing bars to right. Small, four-pane window above door. All openings have keyed lintels. Stone ridge, coping and moulded kneelers. End stacks.
Inside, there are exposed grooved beams throughout the ground floor.
